In this document, the owner of Chissenefrega.shop, as described in ‘Company Information’ below, will be reffered to as ‘we’, ‘us’ or similar terms. All terms, conditions and policies on this page are applicable to every visit/purchase made on this website. Be aware that we are not responsible for content on any linked external webpage, and cannot guarantee their correctness.
We do not guarantee that the final products you receive are 100% similar to the pictures on the product page, due to the partually manual manufacturing process.
We preserve the right to decline an order for any of the following reasons: products display erroneous information, the order looks like spam, your payment didn’t come through, … In this case, we will refund you the amount that we received.
We preserve the right to change our website at any time, including (but not limited to): products, pricing, pictures, information… The terms, conditions and policies on this page are tuned to the current status of our website. Adjustments or changes on our website may also lead to changes in this document, so we advise you to read this page on a regular basis. You’ll find a ‘last updated’-date at the bottom of this page.
Pricing & Payment
All prices on this website are in EURO, VAT included. The shipping costs are as described on this FAQ page. Supplementary costs, such as, but not limited to, extra taxes imposed by your country’s customs office, should be payed by you, the customer. Return & Refund Policy
You may, without explanation, return the goods at no extra cost within 14 days after the shipment carrier delivers the physical product to you or a third party that you chose, if you notify us in clear voice (by email) and the package is strictly unopened. After these 14 days, no return will be accepted. If these conditions are met, we will refund your initial payment. You only have to pay the postage for the return.
To help you towards buying the right product, we try to list a detailed Size Chart on every product page. If, for some reason, the item you purchased doesn’t fit, we will gladly send you another size of the same product. Contact us in clear voice (by email), stating your order number, mentioning which size you would like to receive. We will pay the postage for the return through our shipping partner. We’ll send you a return label by email.
If you received the wrong product (for example, you ordered a medium shirt, but received a large one), the return policy above does not apply. (Keep in mind that the item cannot have been worn.) You can just contact us in clear voice (by email) within one month after purchase. Please state your order number in the email and include a picture of what’s wrong. We’ll check with your order details and work out a solution together (partial/whole refund, return, correction,…).
We are not liable in any way if you placed an incorrect order. The correct order is always the one in our system, of which you received a copy at the email-address you provided at the time of purchase.
We are aware that you trust us. It is our responsibility to protect your privacy. In this section you can read which data we collect when you visit our website, why we collect these data and how we improve your experience using our website based on this data. We respect the privacy of all the visitors/users of this website and ensure that all personal information which you will give us, will be dealt with in a strict confidential manner. All our data is stored on a secure server and transmitted over secure HTTPS connections, encrypted with SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology. Our employees will only use your data to fulfill your order in a confidential manner.
How We Use Your Data
We collect your name, shipping and billing addresses, email address, payment method, and, if you fill in the field, your phone number on a per-order basis. This means your data is recorded every time you place an order, unrelated to any previous orders. Furthermore, if you or your browser allows it, we will geolocate you (detect which country you are in) so we can attempt to pre-fill the ‘Country’-field in your order details for you.
Your data will be retained for up to a year if the order was completed, and one month if the order was cancelled, failed or abandoned. This way, we can provide support for your order and facilitate our own financial accounting.
Rest assured, your data is only used to fulfill your order or optimize your shopping experience. We will not send you marketing emails, only updates about your order. We will not give, sell or trade this data with any third party.
Our partners also need some information about you:
- Mollie: Our payment provider will receive information associated with your chosen payment method. They will handle your data in a confidential manner. You can read all about it on their terms & conditions page.
- bpost: Of course, bpost needs to know where to drop off your package. Any information you enter in their form (on the order page) will be sent to them. Nothing more, nothing less. They will handle your data in a confidential manner. Read all about it on their terms & conditions page.
We’ll mention that we also have access to the data of our partners, but we treat it respectfully and confidentially just like the data we collect ourselves.
The Right To Be Forgotten
As a resident of the European Union, you have the right to request the deletion, correction or collection of your data. We enforce this policy worldwide. If you would like your data to be deleted, corrected or collected, please file a request by emailing our webmaster. Since we store your data on a per-order basis, you must provide all order numbers associated to you. We cannot delete data concerning active, non-completed orders, as this will void your order.
