What does the option “Italian Flag Position” mean?

On some tshirts, we print three little dots representing the Italian flag.

You can choose where you want that flag:

  • Neck – back: The three dots are printed on the back of the shirt, centered in the neck.
  • Waist – front: The three dots are printed on the front/side of the shirt, on your right hip.

Can I return my product?

Under normal circumstances, you can only return your item to exchange it for another size.

Outside Belgium return is on the buyer’s expense.



Which payment options do we provide?

There are absolutely no hidden payment fees; you only pay for your products.

Who is Mollie?

The recipient of your transaction won’t be “Chissenefrega.shop” or “Inge Kaes Queen”, but “MOLLIE B.V.”. Mollie is our online payment provider. They fullfill every transaction, and then later pass the money on to us. Using Mollie, we can offer many secure payment options to our customers with ease.

How secure is my shopping experience?

Your data will be handled confidentially and encrypted with SSL (Secure-Socket-Layer) secure server software. The information of your order, your name or address cannot be read by any third party except Mollie or Bpost. Your payment information is confidentially kept by our reputable partner Mollie, under very high security standards.



Which shipping carrier will fullfill my order?

Our exclusive shipping partner is the Belgian company bpost. They will handle any national or international shipping.

What if my order got damaged or lost during shipping?

Once we hand your order over to our shipping carrier, bpost, that’s where our responsability ends. Bpost mentions the following about lost/damaged orders on their FAQ-page:

In case of loss or damage, you will receive a compensation equal to the postage.

In case of loss or damage, you are eligible for a compensation equal to the value of your order, maxing out at a little over 40 XDR*, depending on the weight of your order, plus the postage.

*XDR: Special Drawing Rights, a unit used in international transactions. It’s value is recalculated every year. As of 2017, 1 XDR equals about € 1,2385.

Should this happen to you, we will gladly assist you towards a solution. Please do not contact bpost directly, but contact us immediately (don’t forget to mention your order number) and we’ll try our best to sort it out for you.

Can I track my order?

If you received a tracking number with your order (you’ll get it by email once we ship the package), you can enter this number on bpost’s tracking site. If the status shows “Preparation by sender”, this probably means we are still processing your order on our end (printing/packaging/…), and have not yet presented the package to bpost.

What are the shipping costs?

We provide international shipping to all of our customers, regardless the size of your order, at the following rates:


BENELUX : 3,99 EURshipping
Worldwide : 9,90 EUR shipping


However, your order might still be subject to import duties and taxes. Since we have no control over this, the customer must pay these potential additional charges for customs clearance himself. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, contact your local customs office for further information. To facilitate the customs process, we reserve the right to inform customs of the value of goods within the packages. For the same reason, customs officials are permitted to open packages. This process is beyond our control.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

As we do not have all of our product variations in stock, please allow a certain period of time before your order gets shipped. Once shipped, bpost promises next-day delivery in Belgium, and 2-10 business days for international orders.

Considering all variables, we estimate the following delivery times per category:

  • Clothing: 2-4 weeks
  • Chissenefrega Caps: 6-8 weeks.
  • Masks: 7-10 days (or immediately if in stock).

Please note that these are only estimates.

Why is my order ‘on-hold’?

If you chose bank transfer as your payment method, it takes a couple days for the funds to get transfered to our account. Until then, we put your order on-hold. No worries, once we actually receive the money, we’ll start processing your order right away, and you’ll get a notification email as well.
